TBJ155: Tony Prisk

Listen

On This Episode of The Brass Junkies we discuss:

  • Tony’s shirt and how funny we think it is that he mentions the designer twice as if we would know who that is

  • The ambitious recording project the Philadelphia Orchestra is currently recording that will air throughout the spring

  • Tony’s chamber group, the Ultimate Brass Trio

  • What he misses most about playing concerts for audiences

  • How he has used the opportunity of not having regular symphony gigs to work on his playing during the pandemic

  • Tony’s infatuation with cars (you won’t believe how many he has owned!)

  • The power of visualization

  • The impact that his time with the New World Symphony has had on his career
